Your Role:
CFMOTO UK & Ireland is looking for an experienced After-Sales Manager to lead and develop our warranty, technical support and PGA (Parts, Garments & Accessories) departments.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for bringing structure, accountability and direction to the after-sales operation while supporting and developing the existing team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead three departments consisting of seven team members across warranty, technical support and PGA operations.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, improve processes, support the team properly and help move the business forward as the brand continues to grow across the UK & Ireland.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the after-sales team
- Manage warranty, technical support and PGA departments
- Create clear processes, standards and accountability across departments
- Improve communication and efficiency between teams
- Support dealers with technical and warranty issues
- Work closely with overseas factory contacts
- Analyse warranty trends and recurring issues
- Drive continuous improvement across the after-sales operation
- Support dealer and technician training
- Help scale and professionalise the department as the business grows

Due to our rural location, you will need your own vehicle as there are no public transport links. We do have our own car park onsite.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours PW 09:00 – 17:00 (30 mins unpaid lunch)
