Full job description

A Brunton are looking to recruit a Transport office administrator for long term position for suitable candidate within our well-established waste management company located in Bridlington.

A well organized individual with a personable disposition is essential, with admin & call handling experience desirable, You will be working within a busy environment that feeds on success and a high work ethic. The team is extremely welcoming and hard working

Duties:

· Work as part of a team, with a wide variety of daily duties (a few examples listed below):

· Taking telephone calls

· Entering information on to dater base

· Transport planning

· Making and receiving Payments

· Electronic filing of documentation

· Completion of all relevant paperwork

· Administrative tasks and housekeeping

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

· Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace

· Ability to plan, organize and priorities effectively

· Computer Skills.

· Good time keeping

· Strong work ethic

· Good communication skills and team player
