Fast Track to Recruitment Consultant
Initial six-month contract via umbrella company, with the intention of moving into a permanent role following successful completion of the contract period.

This role is designed as a pathway into a Recruitment Consultant position. You'll learn the foundations of the industry, work alongside experienced recruiters, and gain the skills needed to progress into a full consulting role.
What you'll be doing
- Speaking to IT professionals every day to identify and qualify candidates
- Conducting screening calls and gathering market intelligence
- Building and maintaining candidate relationships
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
- Supporting consultants on live assignments
- Keeping candidate and client information accurate and up to date
What we're looking for
- Comfortable with high-volume telephone work
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Resilience and determination
- Consistent work ethic and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport, as our office location is not easily reached by public transport
