What You’ll Be Doing (Your Path to Consultant):
- The Gatekeeper (Compliance): Learning CQC regulations, managing internal audits, and ensuring top-tier quality standards.
- The Onboarder: Managing the candidate journey by handling DBS checks, references, and Right to Work documentation.
- The Resourcer: Actively sourcing, headhunting, and screening high-quality healthcare candidates to build your pipeline.
- The Sales Support: Working side-by-side with senior consultants to learn client management, commercial support, and business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Healthcare Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a healthcare or homecare environment (compliance, administration, or resourcing preferred).
- Career Ambition: A strong desire to learn the business with a view to become a recruitment consultant.
- Detail-Driven: Excellent organizational skills to handle compliance and onboarding paperwork flawlessly.
- Licence/Certification: Valid UK Driving Licence (Required).
