Hours/Contract: Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid Working

The Role
As part of the Fleet Management Team; maintain accurate records and recording systems for vehicles including accidents, insurance, fuel and vehicle taxation.
What You’ll Do
- To record vehicle accident damage and fuel usage, keeping accurate and up to date records, updating the fleet management database on a daily basis.
- To liaise with Local Authority, Force Insurers, Damage Assessors and third party claimants on accident queries, arranging interviews, estimates for damage etc. and completion of appropriate documentation for claims process.
- To process insurance forms relating to vehicle accidents and to calculate and arrange invoices to be raised and paid.
- To arrange disposal of ‘total loss’ vehicles and recover payment
- To liaise with the Workshops Management Team and other members of fleet staff, relating to accident damage repairs.
- To arrange for fuel pump, glass repairs and vehicle valeting
What You’ll Bring
- 4 G.C.S.E. levels (Grade A to C/ 9 to 4) including English Language or Literature and Math’s or an approved equivalent. An individual who possess an equivalent e.g. NVQ must provide evidence of Math’s and English.
- At least one years administrative experience
