Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate STRONG Pilates Instructor to lead energetic, high-intensity Pilates classes that empower clients to achieve their fitness goals. As a key member of our fitness team, you will deliver engaging, challenging workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Your expertise will inspire participants to push their limits safely while fostering a motivating and supportive environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients’ lives through innovative Pilates training.

Duties

Lead energetic and motivating Pilates classes focused on strength-building exercises using the STRONG by Zumba® methodology or similar high-intensity Pilates techniques
Demonstrate proper form and technique to ensure safety and maximize results for all participants
Develop customized workout plans tailored to different fitness levels and individual needs
Provide clear instructions and modifications to accommodate beginners and advanced participants alike
Monitor client progress, offering feedback and encouragement throughout each session
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment in compliance with health standards
Stay current with industry trends, new exercises, and best practices in Pilates training

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, with a focus on Pilates or similar high-intensity workouts
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants
In-depth knowledge of anatomy relevant to Pilates movements and injury prevention
Excellent communication skills to clearly demonstrate exercises and provide constructive feedback
Certification in Pilates instruction or related fitness discipline is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience can substitute
Ability to lead classes confidently while ensuring participant safety at all times
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
