We are now looking to expand our team of Repair Operatives to help deliver these projects and are looking for candidates with the right skills to join us.
What We Offer
- Starting salary of £31,000 pa with earning potential up to £37,000 pa
(Hourly rate equivalents on perm salary range: £13.25 - £15.81)

Key Responsibilities
- Drilling into concrete, ground, and solid structures in preparation for repairs.
- Using water and resin pumps to inject resin, cementitious grout, and waterproof materials into various structures including ground, walls, and basements.
- Working to drawings, plans, methods statements, and taking instruction from Team Leaders and Site Managers to ensure accurate drilling and placement of products.
- Maintenance and cleaning of water and resin pumps.
- Manual handling including lifting and moving heavy equipment
- General site labouring
- Driving vans
