The Role

This is a unique hybrid role combining coaching, sales, management and operations.

You'll remain hands-on with members whilst also helping oversee the day-to-day success of the gym.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting and managing our coaching team
Conducting phone-call and in-person consultations and helping new members get started
Coaching members yourself by delivering outstanding Shared Personal Training sessions (max 5 members to 1 coach)
Managing member journeys, reviews and retention
Managing rotas, the facility and day-to-day operations
Maintaining exceptional standards across the gym
Helping drive continued growth and success

This is a role where your contribution genuinely matters.

You won't just manage the business from a distance. You'll work directly with members whilst helping shape their entire experience - from their first enquiry, through to their coaching journey and long-term success.

You'll see first-hand the impact your leadership, management, coaching and decisions have on both the team and the members we serve.

Who We're Looking For

A Personal Trainer looking for your next challenge
