About the Role
Sports Hub Brands is looking for a highly organised and analytical Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to support the continued growth of the Reebok business across the UK and Europe.
This role will work closely with the Operations Manager and will be responsible for managing stock ordering, logistics, supplier coordination, commercial invoicing and operational reporting. The successful candidate will be exceptionally strong with Excel and data analysis, with the ability to turn information into actionable decisions that improve stock availability, operational efficiency and customer service.
This is a key role within the business, providing vital support across supply chain, logistics and commercial operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain & Stock Management
- Manage stock ordering and replenishment across Reebok product categories.
- Forecast future stock requirements using sales data, customer demand and inventory trends.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure availability whilst minimising excess inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain supply continuity.
- Track purchase orders from placement through to delivery.
Logistics & Distribution
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Monitor freight bookings, shipping schedules and warehouse performance.
- Work closely with logistics providers to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Resolve delivery issues and supply chain disruptions efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
Commercial & Financial Administration
- Manage and reconcile supplier, freight and logistics invoices.
- Support commercial reporting and cost analysis.
- Monitor landed costs and freight expenditure.
- Ensure purchasing and logistics documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Work alongside the finance team to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Own and maintain key operational and supply chain reports.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance analysis.
- Develop and improve Excel-based reporting tools and dashboards.
- Analyse sales, stock, logistics and purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support business decision-making through accurate and insightful reporting.
Operational Support
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Support key account teams with stock availability, delivery schedules and forecasting information.
- Assist with special projects across the Reebok business.
- Help drive operational excellence across all areas of the supply chain.
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- XLOOKUP
- Complex formulas
- Data analysis and reporting
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Experience within supply chain, logistics, inventory management or operations.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience working with clothing, footwear or consumer goods brands.
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Power BI or Power Query experience.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
