We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Data Engineer to join our growing data team.

What You'll Be Doing
* Support the delivery of accurate and timely internal reporting.
* Assist with extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from a variety of sources.
* Help maintain high standards of data quality and governance.
* Collaborate with colleagues on data engineering projects and initiatives.
* Learn modern data engineering tools, technologies, and best practices through hands-on experience and mentoring.
What We're Looking For
* A genuine interest in building a career in Data Engineering.
* A degree (preferably 2:1 or above) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or another STEM-related subject.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Curiosity and a desire to understand how data supports business decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to ask questions and collaborate with others.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
* Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or SQL is beneficial but not essential.
