We're looking for an experienced Sales Associates to join our Manchester Retail Store team.

Reporting to: Store Manager

£13.50 per hour + monthly bonus up to 10%

Part-time position (7.5 hours pw)

Weekend and evening availability essential

What you’ll be doing;

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a disciplined approach to thoughtful, personal and effective service.
Be a standout ambassador for Represent by maintaining an expert level of product and brand knowledge.
Follow and achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Nurture and develop VIC relationships, and conduct elevated, personal shopping appointments.
Support on the delivery and execution of store events, from 1-1 appointments to large-scale community events.
Play an active part in elevating both our front and back of house spaces through relentless attention-to-detail, process compliance, and proactively finding opportunities to improve.
Use of store systems, including point of sale and stockroom management.
