Full job description

Shoppertainment Management is a leading mall income generation and marketing consultancy. We are seeking a highly organised, creative and confident Executive Assistant to support the Head of Commercialisation.

This dynamic and varied role offers the flexibility of being either based at our Manchester head office or field-based, traveling to various retail and leisure destinations across our UK portfolio.

The shopping centre industry moves incredibly fast, and we need a professional with an energetic, "can-do" attitude who thrives in a highly varied, fast-paced commercial environment.

You will seamlessly balance high-level stakeholder relations with creative pitch creation and CRM database management, tackling unexpected operational challenges with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support:

Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to a varied daily workload, adjusting priorities as required.

Creative Presentations & Marketing Support: Utilise Canva to design pitch decks and client reports.

High-Level Stakeholder Relations: Act as a credible, confident, and professional liaison on behalf of Carina when dealing with Shoppertainment clients.

Salesforce & Pipeline Management: Be proficient in using Salesforce to generate various reports and dashboard summaries.

Candidate Requirements

Mindset: A positive, resilient "can-do" attitude with a natural enjoyment for varied, fast-paced, and fluid working environments.

Design Skills: Proficient in Canva, with a strong eye for layout, presentation design, and marketing collateral creation.

CRM Expertise: Strong, practical experience utilizing Salesforce is mandatory. Candidates must be confident in running reports and tracking portfolio data.

Stakeholder Management: Proven confidence and capability in dealing with high-level stakeholders, specifically Asset Managers, Property Owners, and Corporate Executives.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator working alongside senior leadership.
