This is a permanent, full time vacancy that will close in 10 days at 23:59 BST.

The vacancy

Sight Scotland is recruiting two Operations Support Assistant posts: one based within the Royal Blind School and one based within Residential Services.

The Operations Support Assistant provides in-person, customer-focused support to ensure the smooth running of daily operational activities. Physically based within the service, the role requires interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, and offers the opportunity to directly see and experience the impact our services make in the lives of those we support.

The role contributes to efficient service delivery by managing diaries and events, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting finance and procurement processes.

As well as providing in-person support to the service in which the role is based, postholders will be part of a wider team collaborating to provide operational support across the organisation.
