Do you have experience working in the insolvency industry? Do you want to join an exciting company who put our customers first? Bennett Jones are looking for an experienced and professional individual to work as an IVA Proposal Drafter within a growing team.
We are a volume IVA provider dedicated to helping people find solutions to their financial problems. We are fully regulated by the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA), showing our high standards that we want you to be part of.
You will be looked after by a supportive team who possess decades of experience within the industry. You will receive full training for the role and be supported by your manager and colleagues every step of the way.
About you:
- You are experienced within insolvency and remain motivated to develop your skills and knowledge further with our support.
- You want to be part of and work well with an experienced and talented team.
- You are empathic towards customers, their financial needs and are willing to go the extra mile for them.
- You are professional, accurate, pay attention to detail and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess up-to-date knowledge of current legislative requirements and creditor behaviour.
What you’ll be doing:
· Analysing the provided customer information to ensure that there are no discrepancies with our records.
· Communicating with our customers via phone, SMS and email to gather all the necessary information for you to draft their IVA proposal.
· Completing financial assessments via the phone with customers in line with SIP3 regulations.
· Liaising directly with the Insolvency Practitioner to help resolve complexities concerning the cases you are handling.
· Drafting proposals to creditors and customers.
· Managing your own case load of client applications.
· Any such duties that may be required by the business.
It would be helpful, but not essential if you:
- Hold any insolvency qualifications e.g. CPI
- Are keen to progress your knowledge and understanding of insolvency.
- Are looking for a long-term career within our company.
