Rectory Gas Supplies is a highly customer focused energy company supplying LP Gas to homes and businesses throughout the North and East of England. Our reputation is extremely important to us and is something we always look to improve on by providing our customers with excellent service and value for money.
Due to our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our team in the office and support the day-to-day business activities, with a focus on purchases, creditor control, supplier payments, stock reconciliation and general administration.
The right person will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Purchase ledger control
- Supplier payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Taking sales order - answering our phones/emails and responding to customer queries
- Stock reconciliation - entering delivering and stock data into our CRM
- Information and data management - producing reports
- Assisting office team with daily work load
- Communicating with customers regarding deliveries
As the position develops, there may be additional duties to undertake, or opportunities to move into other areas of the business.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a sales office
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Proactive, highly motivated and driven
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
