Salary: £22.00 per hour
Shift: Permanent Afternoons – 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Overtime: Regular overtime available

The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit two skilled TIG Welders to join the fabrication team on a permanent afternoon shift.
The successful candidates will primarily be responsible for TIG welding thin gauge aluminium and stainless steel sheet metal components, producing high-quality work to engineering drawings and customer specifications. Some MIG welding may also be required as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- TIG welding aluminium and stainless steel sheet metal components.
- Occasional MIG welding where required.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Fabricating and assembling components to tight tolerances.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Working safely and efficiently within a busy fabrication environment.
Requirements
We would like to hear from candidates who have:
- Proven TIG welding experience within a sheet metal environment (aluminum and/or steel).
- The ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Relevant welding qualifications (advantageous but not essential for experienced candidates).
- Experience with MIG welding would be beneficial.
