Senior Administrator
Cambridge Regional College has an exciting opportunity for a first-class Senior Administrator to join our friendly Curriculum Administration team.
This post will be based in Cambridge. The position is part time 29.5 hours per week and term time.
Reporting into the Curriculum Operations Manager and part of the wider Curriculum Administration team, as our Senior Administrator you will play a key senior administration role and help support colleagues across the college.

The primary duties of this post will include:
- Provide a first-class clerical/administrative/secretarial/PA/student support service to the Directors, Head of Departments and staff within the Directorate of Teaching & Learning

Liaise between Departments for collation/dissemination of information

Support colleagues within Curriculum Administration, Reception & Customer Service

Act as a central point of contact for departmental enquires from external and internal customers

Provide collation/dissemination of Teaching & Learning data and information
The successful candidate will be need to be highly motivated, organised and have the ability to manage their own work load. They must also be willing to work as part of a team and contribute to the planning and smooth running of college events, providing a high level of customer service to staff, students and visitors.
It is essential that the applicant has a high standard of IT and problem-solving skills as well as excellent attention to detail. They must also have strong written communication, time management skills and must also be able to work well under pressure. GCSE English + Maths grade 4/C or above (or equivalent qualification) essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be wanting to build on their existing administration experience, take on more responsibility, and utilise their professional skills as this role will involve dealing with confidential and important material.
