About the role
The Print Systems Software group is looking for a new agile colleague! The team is circa 60 software professionals in the Technical Products and Services department. We have developed our Agile mindset and continue to improve our ways of working. Our responsibilities cover the design, implementation and testing of the software for Domino coding and marking solutions whilst supporting and developing our existing products.
We have several software teams, each encouraged to choose their own ways of working within the principles and values of agile. While we choose to use the title Scrum Master, we’re looking for an experienced agilist to join our group. We’re looking for someone who can help our teams continuously improve no matter how they are implementing lean, agile ways of working.
Responsibilities:
We want to continue to develop our inclusive and agile culture and we need your help with that, too. Together we will experiment and learn, so specific responsibilities will change over time.
- Support one or more teams of software professionals with their ways of working, making sure it fits the agile values and principles.
- Support Product Manager/Owners to ensure use cases, goals and backlogs are clear and understood. Establish or maintain useful conversations with development teams.
- Establish and embed lean processes and support improvements to these. Ensure decision makers are identified and people are consulted and informed.
- Be a part of the agile community with your agile peers. Lend an ear, propose an idea and help drive initiatives to improve, inspire or innovate.
- Challenge processes and ideas to help us live up to agile values and principles. Support everyone in making data-informed decisions leading to value generation.
- Collaborate with people outside the teams and build opportunities for breaking down barriers. Support with increasing transparency, understanding and building relationships.
- Promote and sustain psychological safety in and between teams and departments. Make it safe to fail, easy to raise a concern and a great place for learning.
About you
We want to help you succeed and be proud of what you achieve with us. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- An agile mindset and experience supporting agile teams to adopt and improve agile practices.
- Strong team-building skills, with the ability to recognise team dynamics and help teams progress.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and adapt your approach to coaching, teaching or partnering.
- Experience facilitating meetings and workshops; workshop design is a bonus.
- A data-informed approach, using insights to support decision-making without relying solely on metrics.
- Strong organisation, accountability and a disciplined approach to work.
- Ownership of your goals, successes and lessons learned, while encouraging the same in others.
- A positive attitude towards giving and receiving feedback, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- The ability to navigate healthy conflict, encourage diverse perspectives and support effective resolution when challenges arise.
Other opportunities
There are other opportunities for you to get involved. These aren’t mandatory and you don’t have to have matching skills to apply.
- Line management. We have a fluid line management system and mix and match skills and interests.
- We have various initiatives across the business. You can be a Champion for Inclusion or Internal Communication, or get involved in other projects that help shape our culture and business.
What you can expect

- 25 days of basic holiday, plus options to buy or sell additional days, ensuring you have ample time to relax and recharge.
- A discretionary bonus scheme, a testament to your hard work and dedication.
