IntegraCare is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Harrogate based residential team, supporting 11 adults with learning disabilities. The home has been rated as outstanding by the CQC and is accredited as a specialist provider by the National Autistic Society.
The service is designed to enable people to move from intensive support, develop their confidence and independence, and eventually move into their own home if they wish to do so.
We support those who have:
· Mild to moderate learning disabilities, mental health conditions and autism.
· Complex needs.
· Mild to moderate behaviours that may challenge.

The role:
· Managing the day-to-day operations of the residential care home and Pathways supported living.
· Registering with the CQC as the Registered Manager of both services and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
· Leading, supervising, and developing a team of support staff assisted by the deputy manager, service coordinator and senior support staff.
· Overseeing support planning, risk assessments, behavioural support plans, and safeguarding procedures, etc.
· Building strong relationships with your team, external professionals, families, and communities.
· Managing staffing levels, recruitment, rotas, and performance management processes.
· Monitoring budgets and ensuring effective use of resources.
· Driving service improvements and quality standards.
· Maintaining accurate records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
· Supporting clients to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.
· Ensuring that a high level of satisfaction with the service is achieved and maintained.
What we’re looking for:
· Previous management experience within a similar social care setting and hold/or be willing to achieve L5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
· Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
· Strong experience in operational and people management.
· A genuine passion for quality care — and the ability to lead by example.
· A valid UK driver’s licence.
· Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours.
· Ability to remain calm, reflective, and solution-focused under pressure.
· Experience working in a CQC-regulated service.

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
