Day Service Support Worker
£12.71 per hour + pension scheme + work-life support
Part-time, 2 days per week. [9am - 5pm]
One Community is an independent charity based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for local residents.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and caring individual to join our vibrant Day Services team, working across day centres in Eastleigh.

What will you be doing?
- Delivering personalised and stimulating day service activities, and assisting with outings, activities, and events for our clients.
- Supporting personal care needs (toileting) and helping individuals with mobility, medication, and health monitoring, following their person-centred care plans.
- Promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, preparing light meals and maintaining resources.
- Working closely with families and carers, keeping accurate care records and reporting risks or incidents appropriately.

Please Note:
- Post is subject to a DBS check: Child and Adult Workforce, paid for by One Community.
- Registering for the DBS update service will be reimbursed by One Community.
- NVQ qualifications are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- We pay National Living Wage and provide progression opportunities. Pay rates are the following: 21 and over: £12.71 per hour / 18–20 year olds: £10.85 per hour.
