Senior Carer Relations Consultant
Build Relationships. Shape Careers. Make a Genuine Difference.
This isn't simply another customer service role.
Some people answer calls.
Some people manage accounts.
Others build relationships that people remember.
At Access Care, we believe exceptional live-in care begins long before a carer walks through a client's front door. It begins with trust. It begins with understanding. It begins with someone who genuinely cares about getting things right.
That's where you come in.
As one of our Senior Carer Relations Consultants, you'll become a trusted adviser to a portfolio of professional live-in carers, helping them build rewarding careers whilst ensuring they feel valued, supported and proud to work alongside Access Care.
If you enjoy meaningful conversations, naturally build rapport, thrive on solving problems and believe exceptional service is found in the smallest details, we'd love to meet you.
