We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services to residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. As a Window Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance of buildings while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish.
Ensure the safe use of ladders and other equipment while working at heights.
Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Drive to various job sites in a timely manner, ensuring all equipment is transported safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas.
Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to management promptly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times while performing duties.

Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction through quality work.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear communication with clients and team members.
A valid driver's licence is essential for transportation to job sites.
