Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to drive the growth and development of our talented workforce. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, foster leadership growth, and align with organizational goals. Your passion for teaching and mentoring will inspire teams to reach their full potential, creating a vibrant learning culture across the organization. Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative learning strategies that support organizational objectives and promote continuous improvement.
Design engaging e-learning modules using tools like Adobe Captivate to deliver interactive training experiences.
Coordinate with Human Resources and HRIS systems such as Workday to identify training needs and track employee development progress.
Lead classroom sessions, workshops, and virtual training sessions, utilizing strong presentation skills to motivate and educate participants.
Mentor managers and team leads in effective coaching techniques to foster leadership growth across departments.
Manage learning management systems including SharePoint and Salesforce to organize training content and monitor participation metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs are aligned with business priorities and compliance standards.

Skills

Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs with a focus on adult learning principles.
Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for creating dynamic e-learning content.
Strong teaching abilities combined with excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
Familiarity with Human Resources processes, HRIS platforms like Workday, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to facilitate sessions confidently in diverse settings.
Experience mentoring employees and developing leadership capabilities within teams.
Knowledge of SharePoint for content management and collaboration purposes.
