Freedom Care Clinics is looking for an enthusiastic Front of House & Social Media Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our busy multidisciplinary healthcare clinic while helping showcase our team and patient success online.
About the Role
This is a varied position combining exceptional customer service with creative marketing. Around 80–90% of your role will involve looking after our reception and ensuring every patient receives an outstanding experience. The remaining time will be dedicated to creating and managing engaging social media content that reflects the professionalism and personality of our clinics.
Your Responsibilities
Front of House
Welcome patients and visitors.
Answer telephone and email enquiries.
Book and manage appointments.
Process payments.
Support clinicians with the smooth running of the clinic.
Ensure reception always looks professional and welcoming.
Deliver outstanding customer service to every patient.
Social Media
Capture photos and short videos around the clinic.
Create engaging content using Canva and your smartphone.
Schedule posts across our social media channels.
Work with the team to highlight patient success stories, new services and clinic life.
Help maintain a consistent, professional online presence.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Loves working with people.
Has excellent communication skills.
Is organised and reliable.
Has a creative eye for photography, video and social media.
Is confident using social media platforms and Canva (or willing to learn).
Enjoys working in a busy team environment.
Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
