Due to continued growth, reinvestment, and excellent staff retention, we now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join our team.
You’ll be working within a modern, clean, and state-of-the-art facility, as part of a highly skilled and supportive engineering team.
The Role
As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for offline programming, setting, and operating a range of modern CNC Lathes to produce high-precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
CNC Turning– Setting and Operating 2 & 3 Axis Lathes
Offline programming (Edgecam experience advantageous but not essential)
Producing precision components for the Aerospace, Optical, and General Engineering sectors
Working on Fanuc-controlled CNC Lathes
Hours & Benefits
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x for all hours worked over 40 per week
Holidays: 22 days paid holiday + all national bank holidays

Key Skills & Experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience setting up machines and producing precision components
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to complete setup notes and maintain accurate records
