Social Media Marketing Executive
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Rocal Group's Marketing team at a pivotal moment of growth. You will be responsible for building meaningful communities, driving engagement, and enhancing the perception of our brands across all social platforms.
This role is about connection – understanding what inspires our audiences, what earns their trust, and what captures their imagination. You will create and manage the organic social media strategy for both consumer and installer audiences, using insight, creativity, and precision to ensure every post, comment, and campaign reflects who we are and what we stand for.
You will also develop and manage influencer relationships, creating meaningful collaboration opportunities that expand our reach, strengthen brand credibility, and generate engaging content to support wider marketing campaigns and brand activity. Working closely with our in-house photographer and videographer, you will play an active role in planning and attending on-site photography and video shoots, helping to capture authentic real-world content that showcases our products, craftsmanship, and customer experiences in inspiring ways.
Working across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and potentially Houzz, you will develop distinctive content plans that position our brands as aspirational lifestyle choices for homeowners and trusted, engaging partners for installers.
This is a role for someone with creative flair and strategic discipline – balancing originality and consistency, insight and instinct, creativity and control.
