Full job description

Internal Sales Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and organised Internal Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries by phone and email, processing internal sales orders, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the sales department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with people, and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Process internal sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate sales appointments and assist with managing the sales team's diaries.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey.
Liaise effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
Carry out general administrative duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Prepare and organise bulk text message and email campaigns.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Confident using Microsoft Office applications and other computer systems.
Experience with scheduling software is advantageous.
A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, sales coordination, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
