Hopscotch Care is looking to recruit a part time junior administrator. This is to work Monday to Wednesday 8am to 4pm and holiday cover where needed. Our company supports Young People in care, and we operate several homes in the north Lancashire and south Cumbria areas. This role will be based at our office in Carnforth but travel to our homes maybe required. If you have a passion for administration, are highly organised and have a desire to make a different to the lives of our young people we want to hear from you.
Previous experience is essential as you will mostly work independently and manage your own workload with support from both the Training & Compliance Manager and the Operations Manager. You will have good experience of Microsoft office or equivalent, typing letters, taking meeting minutes, filing, and archiving, making appointments, and organising meetings. Previous experience within the care sector, knowledge of Ofsted regulations and recruitment processes would be advantageous. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
