Overview

We are seeking a talented and personable Men’s Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for modern barbering, combined with excellent customer service skills. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your creativity while providing clients with exceptional grooming experiences in a professional environment. A strong focus on communication and barbering techniques is essential to deliver tailored styles that meet each client's individual preferences.

Duties

Provide a wide range of men's haircuts, including fades, trims, and specialised styles, ensuring client satisfaction.
Offer professional advice on haircare and styling products suited to individual needs.
Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
Build strong relationships with clients through attentive listening and personalised service.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in men's grooming and barbering techniques.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained for optimal performance.

Experience

Proven experience in barbering or men's hairstyling is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques for men.
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional recommendations.
Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanour.
