Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Fryer/Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering delicious, freshly prepared food while providing exceptional service to our guests. This energetic position combines the fast-paced art of food preparation with friendly customer interaction, ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and culinary skills will help create a lively atmosphere and uphold our commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items using fryers and other kitchen equipment, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering to food safety standards at all times
Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders accurately and delivering meals efficiently
Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portioning ingredients appropriately
Monitor food inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests
Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food prep, serving, or cleanup as needed

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen environments preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve guests warmly and professionally
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including meal preparation and serving procedures
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Prior experience with culinary tasks such as frying, plating, or basic meal assembly is a plus

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
