We are seeking a talented and personable Men’s Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for modern barbering, combined with excellent customer service skills. Duties
- Provide a wide range of men's haircuts, including fades, trims, and specialised styles, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Offer professional advice on haircare and styling products suited to individual needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive listening and personalised service.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in men's grooming and barbering techniques.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained for optimal performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in barbering or men's hairstyling is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques for men.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional recommendations.
- Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanour.

Pay: £25,420.00-£58,300.00 per year
