The Collaborative Care Home Team provides support to Care Homes, and we are looking for a flexible, committed, and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated service.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide highquality administrative support. This role is essential in ensuring a confidential, efficient, and effective service.

About the Role

In this busy and rewarding post, you will play a key part in the smooth running of the service. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing accurate administrative support
Managing communication with staff, and external professionals
Supporting daytoday coordination and ensuring information is handled confidentially.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Motivated, approachable, and confident working in a busy environment
Able to use their own initiative and manage competing priorities
Skilled in communication, with an excellent telephone manner
Detailfocused, organised, and computer literate
Educated to a good general standard
Flexible working options are available, with hours Monday to Friday and a blend of officebased and home working.
