Full job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team for the season until October but can be extended for the right candidate. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with serving food and drinks in our restaurant and bars, catering events, and providing excellent customer service in a hotel setting. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitising surfaces
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but full training will be offered
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
