Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Duty Manager Front of House to lead our guest experience and ensure smooth daily operations at the front of our hospitality venue. As a key leader, you will assist our existing Duty Manager and supervise team members to deliver exceptional hospitality. Your role will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere, resolving guest concerns promptly, and maintaining high standards of service excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to thrive in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise front of house team members to deliver outstanding guest service experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Coordinate daily operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and event support.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the venue.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership abilities with a passion for delivering exceptional guest services.
Previous hospitality experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Some knowledge of human resources practices related to staff management and development.
Demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism.
