Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Car and Van Mobile Tyre Technician, where you'll play a vital role in delivering fast, reliable, and professional tyre services directly at our customers' locations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles, providing essential maintenance and tyre solutions that keep drivers safe and on the move. You'll be the face of our service, combining technical expertise with excellent customer service to ensure every customer experience is positive and efficient.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site tyre inspections and diagnose issues accurately for cars and vans.
Remove, replace, and fit tyres using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as wheel balancing and valve repairs.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle’s needs and explain repair procedures professionally.
Manage heavy lifting of tyres and equipment safely while maintaining efficiency throughout the day.
Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions for each job.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle tyres, wheels, and basic automotive systems.
Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tyre levers.
Experience using power tools for tyre fitting and maintenance tasks.
Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance with precision and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks involved in tyre replacement and equipment handling.
Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
