Full job description

Pioneering Independence Ltd. provides support to people living in the community, the services provided are designed to meet the individual’s needs, support is given for daily living tasks, relationships, education, employment, and social activities.

How would you like to work with a young man Callum and become part of his new team. Callum loves to play Lego and computer games along with watching videos. Calum has a good sense of humour and likes to shock so please don’t be easily offended, his best life is to be outdoors having fun and doing lots of activities.

Callum loves to cook but would love someone who will support him to become a bit of a “MasterChef

We have exciting opportunities for full time and part time Support Workers.

Full training will be provided in order to deliver successful support.

Callum’s team will need to be upbeat, good at planning, creating structure and following through with what is put into place.

This role can be either full time or Part Time - shifts available will include weekends, bank holidays, paid sleep-in's and potentially waking nights.

Successful applicants are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure
