Full job description

About The Role:

Hours per week:

Two vacancies and can be either of the following:

Shift pattern 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Shift pattern 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

As Administrator, you will work with colleagues and clients to provide the business with key data insights and reports.

Key responsibilities:

Produce daily, weekly, and monthly contract reports as required by Contract Management Team.
Liaise with the Operational, Commercial and Helpdesk teams
Raising quotes based on agreed rates with our client and sending them to the relevant centre for approval.
Ordering supplies and equipment for sites
Managing data and shared spreadsheets to provide information to clients as required
Assist with general operational recruitment tasks.
Assist with the security vetting of employees.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

You will be a highly motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously and deliver against tight deadlines. You’ll enjoy working with data and delight in providing relevant and accurate reporting to support operational decision-making.

You will also have:

Strong IT skills including MS Office 365 skills, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An interest in data analysis & reporting from multiple data sources
