The Role
As Global Marketing Manager, you will lead Bermar's marketing activity across domestic and international markets, ensuring the brand is positioned consistently and effectively around the world.
Working closely with the Managing Director, sales team, and international distribution partners, you will develop and deliver marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, support lead generation, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute directly to business growth.
You'll be responsible for balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, helping ensure that Bermar's marketing reflects the quality and reputation of its products across every market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives
- Strengthen Bermar's brand positioning across international markets
- Drive demand generation and support sales growth through targeted campaigns
- Manage digital marketing activity, including:
- Website development
- SEO
- Paid advertising
- Email marketing
- Content creation
- Create marketing campaigns and assets adaptable across multiple territories and channels
- Work closely with international distributors and partners
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Support product launches and new market opportunities
- Manage external agencies, suppliers and marketing resources
- Measure, analyse and optimise marketing performance

About you
You'll be a commercially minded marketer who enjoys building brands, driving growth, and working across international markets.
You’ll likely bring:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Global Marketing Manager, or Senior Marketing Manager role
- Experience developing and delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and brand development
- Experience working with international markets, distributors, partners or export-focused businesses
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- A proactive mindset and desire to make a visible impact
