About Medi-Plinth Equipment

Medi-Plinth Equipment is a leading provider of high-quality medical equipment, serving healthcare facilities worldwide. Renowned for our innovative designs and commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Sales Support Executive to join our growing international team.

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who is passionate about digital communications, marketing, and sales support. This is a primarily digital marketing and e-commerce focused role, responsible for maintaining and developing our online presence, digital communications, website content, email marketing and social media activity. As a business with a collaborative team structure, the successful candidate will use their product knowledge to offer sales and customer support at limited periods when busy/required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update company website content, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
Create and schedule content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online promotions, and product launches.
Assist with the creation of marketing materials, product content, case studies, and customer communications.
Monitor website and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and lead generation.
Support digital sales activities by responding to online enquiries and assisting customers throughout the sales process.
Manage customer and sales accounts from initial enquiry through to order completion.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, website, and social media channels.
Provide product information, resolve customer issues, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Support the wider sales and customer service team with administrative and operational tasks.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, customer service, sales support, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Experience managing website content and social media platforms.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, email marketing, and content creation.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with AI marketing tools, Word Press, WooCommerce, Adobe Creative Cloud, SAP Business One or CRM systems would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
Creative, proactive, and eager to develop skills in digital marketing and international sales.
