Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Door Supervisor to join our team. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of premises and individuals, making it an integral part of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorised access
- Conduct regular security checks and patrols to maintain order
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
- Check for valid identification and enforce age restrictions where necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
Requirements
- Possession of SIA door supervisor badge, First Aid, Surveillance, and Loss Prevention and conflict management skills is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physical fitness and the capability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent observational skills to identify potential security risks
