We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of our specialist GRP repurposing facility. The role will involve supervising the plant team, coordinating production, operating and maintaining processing machinery, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical, engineering or plant maintenance background, with 2–3 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling or a heavy industrial environment. Experience with GRP, fibreglass, composites or abrasive materials would be advantageous, as would plant operating, HSE, welding/fabrication or basic electrical skills. This is a predominantly hands-on, plant-based role requiring strong leadership, organisation, communication and problem-solving skills. Full training will be provided on the company's existing machinery, processes and procedures.
