Due to ongoing investment and continued growth we have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Digital Finishing Department.

Working Hours:

Week 1- 6.00am- 2.30pm- Monday- Friday + 45 Minute Break

Week 2- 1.30pm- 11.00pm- Monday- Thursday + 45 Minute Break

General duties will include:

Produce, finish and pack self-adhesive labels in line with the specification on each job sheet.
Set up and operate Digital Finishing Lines- ABG Digicon or BGM Digiflex
Set up using print cylinders, magnetic cylinders, plates and die cutters.
Set up die cutters, varnishes and flexo stations.
Set up spot varnishes and Cold Foiling units.
Set up and operate Plain Label and Rewind Inspection Machines using hand tools.
Inspect and quality check each job while machine is operating and adjust as necessary.
Finished jobs packed and labelled up correctly and handed over to the Despatch Department.
Add Operator notes to Job Sheets and MIS software with instructions and operational advice for the set up and production of each job.
Responsibility for keeping a clean & organised working environment.
