Impact Signs, part of LPW Group, has over 30 years in the industry and offer the Complete Sign Service, delivering exception signage solutions from concept to installation.

We are seeking a Signage Creative Artworker to join our friendly team.

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities, and consistently producing high-quality work to demanding deadlines.

Experience within the Sign Industry is strongly preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career within a dynamic, supportive team environment.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience

Main Aims

To produce high-quality, production-ready artwork for signage and graphics, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with client brand guidelines and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Create and prepare signage and graphic artwork using CorelDRAW Graphics Suite.
Take projects from initial client brief through to production-ready artwork.
Liaise with colleagues and clients to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
Work within client brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all artwork.
Prepare and set up files and templates for final production.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Provide support across the studio and undertake additional duties where required.
Any other ad hoc duty in line with the role

Skills & Experience

Essential

Minimum of two years' experience in a similar artwork or graphic design role.
Proficiency in CorelDRAW Graphics Suite however further training will be given
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills.

Desirable

Previous experience within the signage, large-format print or graphics industry.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design software.
Knowledge of preparing artwork for print and production.
