Job Overview

Photo Magic Studio is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and proactive Sales Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys building relationships with families, and thrives in a sales-focused environment.

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a key role in guiding expectant parents and families through their photography journey — from initial enquiry through to booking maternity, newborn, and family photography sessions. You will help clients choose the right photography packages and products to preserve their most precious memories.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and creative studio environment while developing your career in sales and client care.

Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, social media, and in-studio consultations.
Build strong relationships with expectant parents and families by providing a warm and personalised customer experience.
Promote and sell maternity, newborn, baby, and family photography packages, wall art, albums, and other studio products.
Guide clients through the booking process, explaining package options, pricing, and products clearly and confidently.
Follow up on leads and enquiries to maximise bookings and sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate client records and manage appointments using studio management systems and organisational tools.
Identify opportunities to upsell products and additional photography services.
Support the studio team to ensure smooth client experiences from booking through to image viewing and product delivery.
Maintain excellent knowledge of studio services, photography products, promotions, and industry trends.
Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and studio growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or appointment-based environments is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and friendly approach.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to build trust and rapport with families and parents-to-be.
Organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Comfortable using computer systems, social media platforms, and booking software.
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
Experience within photography, baby-related industries, or luxury service environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
