We are looking for a passionate, creative, and people-focused Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator to lead and deliver a meaningful lifestyle programme that brings joy, purpose, and connection to everyday life.

You will be at the heart of the home — creating a vibrant environment where people can continue to be themselves.

Job description

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and delivering a dynamic wellbeing programme tailored to individual preferences
Creating daily opportunities for meaningful engagement and connection
Leading activities such as music, gardening, reminiscence, and community events
Developing “destination spaces” (café, garden, quiet areas) to encourage independence
Working closely with care teams to embed person-centred engagement into daily care
Building links with the local community, entertainers, and volunteers
Supporting residents to maintain identity, hobbies, and relationships

What We’re Looking For

A natural ability to connect with people
Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic approach
Experience in care, activities, or wellbeing (preferred but not essential)
Understanding of dementia and person-centred care
Confidence to lead, organise, and inspire others
Strong communication and teamwork skills
