Full job description

Elliot Thomas Consulting is working exclusively with a well-established, highly regarded interiors business, currently looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their team and support the Purchasing Manager directly. This is a structured, process-led role, well suited to someone who's organised, detail-focused, and takes pride in doing things properly. There's no negotiation involved in this position, you'll be following set processes and supporting the day-to-day procurement needs of high-end interior projects.

The Role

Raise and process purchase orders.
Verify pricing, quantities, and specifications.
Place orders in line with agreed procedures.
Monitor orders and delivery timelines.
Liaise with suppliers and follow up on progress.
Keep procurement records and spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
Check invoices against purchase orders.

About You

No experience in procurement needed full training will be given.
Expereince in, purchasing, buying, supply chain, or general administration is ideal.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
You'll be methodical and process-oriented.
Confident working with numbers.
Comfortable with Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
A clear, effective communicator.
Capable of juggling multiple deadlines.
Background in interiors, furniture, construction, or a similar sector would be a bonus.
