Job Summary
Eco Logic Partners is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Trainer & Development Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining training delivery, coaching, and hands-on sales support. You will play a key role in developing new and existing team members, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging energy and sales induction training to groups of new starters, providing a strong foundation for their journey within the company.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development support through one-to-one sessions and small group workshops.
- Build a programme to allow agents to Identify customer needs and recommend relevant complementary cross-selling products to enhance client value and support business growth.
- Analyse performance data and trends across individuals and teams to identify key development areas.
- Tailor coaching approaches to individual learning needs, applying developmental coaching techniques for high-potential employees and structured onboarding support for new hires through a range of effective coaching methods.
- Set clear, measurable, and achievable goals to drive performance.
- Work closely with the sales floor to motivate teams, build confidence, and identify practical solutions to meet and exceed targets.
- Support the overall sales operation in maintaining high standards and achieving business objectives.
- Drive innovation in coaching and training practices to continuously enhance departmental performance, capability, and effectiveness.
- Consistently demonstrate the professional behaviours, standards, and values expected within the role and organisation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering training to large groups.
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience within the commercial energy sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify performance gaps and development needs.
- Demonstrated ability to set and track measurable performance goals.
Desirable Experience
- Experience delivering one-to-one coaching sessions.
- Background in training and development within a sales environment.
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the commercial energy sector.
- At least 2 years’ experience delivering training to large groups.
- Previous managerial experience within the commercial energy sector (desirable but not essential).

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
