Monday–Friday 14:30-23:30 – 40hrs per week

Overview

Our newly transformed Global Technology Centre is the hive of innovation and technology for our high profile client. The campus is in the heart of the Cheshire countryside offering a blend of ultra-modern working environment in historically significant, manicured 65 acre estate.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Afternoon & Evening Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations during the evening shift. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong supervisory skills, a passion for cleanliness, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Duties:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff during the afternoon / evening shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards

Monitor cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards are met

· Ensure the highest standards of work activity both from self and the team

Assist in training new staff on cleaning protocols, equipment use, and safety procedures
Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment

· Collaborate with other shift managers to ensure seamless transitions between shifts

· Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, respect and professional growth

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a supervisory role

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

· A can-do hands-on attitude to the role

· Full UK driving licence, held for 12 month
