Job Title: Dessert Section Team Member

Levels is a modern takeaway focused on delivering premium food, desserts and drinks without compromise. We pride ourselves on quality, consistency and customer experience, serving customers across Glasgow through collection and delivery.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Dessert Section Team Member to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Dessert Section Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting our dessert menu to the highest standards. This includes milkshakes, waffles, cookie dough, mini pancakes, mocktails and other dessert items.

You will play an important role in ensuring every order leaving the kitchen meets our quality standards and contributes to an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare desserts according to Levels recipes and presentation standards.
Produce milkshakes, mocktails and dessert items consistently and efficiently.
Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the dessert section.
Monitor stock levels and notify management when ingredients require replenishment.
Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a dessert, hospitality or food preparation role is desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
