The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) regulates firms engaged in financial activities, including insurance, pensions, banking, investments, fiduciary services and fund administration. The Authority is also responsible for oversight of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance for those involved in the financial sector as well as a range of other Designated Businesses and has oversight of compliance with the Beneficial Ownership Act 2017.
SENIOR MANAGER NON-LIFE INSURANCE - PRUDENTIAL SUPERVISION DIVISION
An exciting and dynamic opportunity has arisen at the Authority for the role of Senior Manager Non-Life Insurance in the Prudential Supervision Division. This role offers a stimulating and rewarding position for the right candidate to lead the supervision of the Island’s non-life insurance sector fostering effective working relationships with the non-life insurance industry.
The successful candidate will have extensive relevant industry experience in an operational, regulatory, compliance, insurance risk or audit/accounting role and will have experience in leadership and people management. Strong analytical skills, a flexible attitude and the ability to quickly and accurately assimilate and present information are essential.
